Abstract

As an emerging form of online audio-visual content, cultural tourism micro-short dramas have become an important media carrier for shaping and disseminating urban images. Based on semiology and spatial production theory, this paper conducts an in-depth study on the generation logic and communication paradigm of urban images. The study finds that through symbolic narrative strategies, cultural tourism micro-short dramas transform regional culture into perceivable audio-visual language and arouse audience empathy by virtue of emotional resonance. Meanwhile, through audio-visual reconstruction of space and immersive experience design, they enhance the symbolic empowerment and communication effect of physical space, realize the symbolic empowerment and meaning appreciation of physical space, and significantly strengthen the communication efficiency and influence of urban culture. This paper holds that cultural tourism micro-short dramas not only expand the expression path of urban images but also provide an innovative carrier for the integration of culture and tourism.
