Abstract
Digital technology is changing the global economy. Also, the aging population is also intensifying. This creates new chances and problems for different regions. This paper explores the digital economy and social fairness. It also studies how population changes affect regional growth. This research has a clear goal. It analyzes how the digital economy affects social fairness. It also looks for ways to make regional growth fair for everyone. This paper uses a literature review. The paper finds that the digital economy has good and bad sides. It can make the economy more efficient. But it can also make the digital divide worse. It can also increase social inequality. Young people and older people face new problems. This paper suggests people need a new plan for regional growth. This plan should mix new technology with social support. The goal is to close the digital divide and help everyone succeed.
